My form must be all the way off. I done messed up my knee. Not too bad, but 15 squats in my knee started to ache. I'm going to continue with the challenge, though. I'm going to look into different kinds of squats, maybe they'll be less painful.

@JamCaygirl: the information is on the first page @dOLLish: make sure your knees and shoulders aren't going past the toes when you squat. They should line up and when you push up use your heels. I also have bad knees and when I do squats I stand with my legs past my shoulders and my feet pointed out. Idk why but squatting this way takes alot of pressure off my knees.

i know i said i wasnt goin to post no more, but ive read a few things n id just like ppl to know that pain does not necessarily = gain! and good tips: stretch after exercise, while muscles are still warm!! and get some protein in ya within 15 mins (like a glass of milk, or protein supplement) and too much exercise can make the arse smaller, do 3-4 diff exercises, upto 4 sets, 2-3 times per week... unless its like this challenge, which "overworks" the muscles, which can be good for a while, just make sure not to do it for too long motivation n determanation is the key peace and good luck to yall

i love how the cat is just dealing tho lol. Mine would have turned into a tasmanian devil. I jacked myself up at the gym. Or I should say the trainer did. You know when you get that free consultation they basically jack ur ish up. All the muscles in my shoulders and arms and back are SHOT. to death. I can't even lift myself out of bed in the morning hardly or dress/undress myself. And I know it's not cuz im weak. I curl 35's on the regular with no problem. I hate trainers.... with a passion. Always some ahole body builder who doesn't know how to work someone out realistically... and now my booty will have to wait til who knows...

Im studying to be a personal trainer^^^^^ what did they have u do for the consultation??
Sorry you had a bad experience, in the PT's defense (if there is one) sometimes you have to push the client more than they would normally work while exercising, so the bigger output can cause delayed muscle soreness and joint aches the next day, but rest assured, its just your body getting used to the new mode of fitness ! *thumbs up, happy face*
But if they are having you lift crazy amnts that sux :-( hope its nothing serious, if you got hurt, you can go after em easy lol they have insurance or the gym will
