Hey! I've been roaming these forums for ages and was finally able to join.(my computer has been acting up:/)
I'm definitely up for the challenge. I actually started Jan 1 I'm following the December calendar. My current measurement is almost at 40". Hoping that by the end of this challenge I'll finally be past 40". I'll post an update in 2 weeks

I'm gonna do the december challenge. Didn't get to do squats today but I did the planking stuff and some ball stuff that had my booty tingling. Ill have to measure my trunk at work tomorrow.

Im not even sure im measuring right because its says im 47 inches and  my booty dont look that big. Anyone know the correct way to measure?

Sorry I work and go to school. My legs are sore. I find it extremely hard to do sumo squats right now so here's to more step ups and butt ups and donkey kicks

I squatted 140lbs ( ! ) yesterday....... And dont even feel sore today ...... But when i squatted with 110 last week i was out of comission for like 2.5 days lol. Soooooo yep i guess im just gonnahave to go even heavier :/


Saturday Workout
****sumo squat****
12 reps with 100lbs
12 reps with 140
12 reps with 170
****spilt squat****
12 reps per leg 100 lbs

if that doesnt kick my ass i'll be really confused lol
