I think this was achieved by doing squats (in addition to other exercises)

today was my day one. i did 30 donkey kicks and 60 squats. im gon get this booty!

I haven't been able to hit up the gym lately due to the holidays being away from home

I'll hit up some bodyweight squas tommorow but I just feel like its pointless to do without any weight I rather just wait LOL

I managed to get in my squats today. At the end of the week I'll add in maca and hope that boosts my results and also next week I'm going to try to add weights to my squats twice a week. Tomorrow I'll take my starting pic.

Hi ladies. I haven't done my squats as of yet, haven't been feeling very well. But if my stomach/head settles, I'll do a set when I get home. My pictures came out awful. I couldn't find my newer gym shorts. These joints are so baggy. But I'll post anyway.
