im not sure whats my body type im 5'7 210 i have some booty but not big and it doesnt sit high ans its not saggy and have a fat belly i really explain lol but i dont look big just my belly. How do we measure our booty to know where we at? Also how will this work for me do i need to lose weight?

Just for clarification: When following the January squat challenge, we do the number which corresponds to the day? I.e., Today's the first, so we'd do 5 squats?
 
Can we follow both challenges at the same time?

All I have to say about squats is any of you ladies who do squats with weights have my gratitude. That sht kicked my ass in high school and anyone who consistently does that exercise is damn near a superhero to me.

I need y'all to encourage me to get back to my exercises. Hang out with my family has made me lazy.

I am going to follow the December one, people got the best results from that calendar. But squats are supposed to be one of the best exercises for your body. So get off your butt and squat LOL
For those of you who asked about weights, I will be breaking up the larger reps, to weighted and not weighted. I have some 15 pound dumbells and I will use those. and my cat Stern Smile LOL
