My challenge will have to begin in February, but I am definitely in! I'm doing Callanetics to shrink and tone my body but when I'm in a new semester and my weightlifting class begins, I am totally in!

As long as you don't burn the fat, your muscles in your butt will bulk (if you're doing high weight/low reps) and you will keep your layer of fat. You may lose a little bit, but that's natural since you are exercising and your caloric needs will increase meaning you have to eat more. Basically, as long as you do not have a caloric deficit and do not engage in heavy amounts of cardio, your body won't burn the fat since it doesn't have a need to.

This lady did squats for her butt and thighs and although she doesn't exactly have substantial results, her body definitely looks way better in the end result. You can tell she wasn't trying to get a donk, but her body is undoubtedly improved!
