I used to do 300 a day. I saw MAJOR results in 2 weeks. And yes. I used the cat.

I also did 300 of various ab workouts. I can never get a flat tummy :(

I usually squat with weights (I do 4x12), so to get in this challenge do I stop with weights or just diminish how much I am lifting?

continue with your weights, you can do these weighted or non weighted, as long as you do the required number of squats a day Big smile

you squatted with a 15lbs cat 300x a day?? did you take breaks between the squats, like 10 series of 30 repetitions or something like that?
and by major results you mean some extra inches?

Oh no way, I don't think I can squat 100 times a day with 87lbs-100lbs!
