My problem is probably how much I eat...I thought I already ate a lot but maybe I need to eat more. If I squat lifting X weight, after two sessions I need to increase another 5-10lbs because it become easy. I didn't go to the gym the past 2 weeks but this week I plan to go.

this should be an easy challenge you can do squats at home and in the beginning it should not take you anymore than 5-10 minutes also you can break up the larger sets and do reps this is an easy challenge for a lifted booty
