lol but the lp machine is alot easier than squat with no machine.
Free weights are superior to machines..
I think alot of ppl are scared to increase the weights in fear of "snapping sum shyt up" but if your form is correct go for it..
So yeah nothing to brag about .. but i do like the looks that the niggs give me as im adding the weights on.. like" this bitch crazy.." " she cant do that".. ( i be pressing more than them)Smile

I think leg press is much harder than squatting..

im buying some this week i need to gain about 16 more pounds periactin pills don't make me hungry anymore!

How do you maintain your results? Continue to squat everyday? I thought the booty needed rest sometime! lol.. off to take some before pics..

you squatted with a 15lbs cat 300x a day?? did you take breaks between the squats, like 10 series of 30 repetitions or something like that?

I did 50 per series. And in between I did my ab workouts. I wish I still had the pic of me and the cat. He'd just sit and enjoy the ride .. And I didn't measure. Ppl were noticing. Especially my coworkers. Because I usually only wear leggings . The entire workout would only take about 20-30 min.

I'm just never consistant.
