I have pure stevia and really do have to be careful with. Just a little bit is more than enough. But I do like Splenda for cooking. Those are the only two sugar replacements I really like. Honey is good in tea but I don't like it in my coffee. I have also used apple sauce in some brownies and it just didn't work for me at all.
I agree I cannot take honey in my coffee, I use the flavored creamers they are sweet enough that most of the time, I can skip the sugar all together in my coffee. Also if I buy mint herbal tea I can drink it without sugar. I like herbal teas, but I still like my regular black tea, so I need sweetener for it.
