Forgetting a tampon in the vag is pretty common. Usually happens at the end of a person's period where they forget the last one they put in. Ask any gynecologist. I personally think I'd feel it if there was a tampon and a penis in there...but everyone's vagina is different.

One of my fam is a gyno and she said when she spent time in a university health services it was one of the most common things she saw with her patients (especially like the week after homecoming and events like that).
