See, this thinking I've never understood. The PC muscle is one of the most underused muscles and is usually quite weak because of this. But work to strengthen it and people assume the most elementary reasons: because you're loose, because you want to be tight, because you want to please your man, blah blah blah. I've never even fit those reasons.
I never once stated I do kegels specifically to be tight, I did it for the sake of stronger muscles and more pleasure, and stronger orgasms. The tightness is a benefit yes, but was never my main concern. I barely started having sex again after all these months of nothing.
