I'm glad they brought up castration .
Whites were obsessed with black genitalia.

Kept the penises of slaves in jars and ish.
Used them as conversation pieces.

Finally I saw it today and I loved it !!

The scene with the KKK made me laugh along with the scenes with  Samuel L Jackson LOL

i was telling my friend that i didn't really laugh in the movie. only one scene made me laugh and thats when bromhilda fainted

The movie wasn't in 1835 and the scene about the kkk inferred that the kkk were in its initial budding stages and even if it is an anachronism it wasn't really glaring or out of place .
I don't think it was unreasonable to show either . The compromise of 1850 had made slave owners and supporters uncomfortable so I don't think it's unfathomable that it began around that time.
Alias are you sure you just didn't want to like the movie?
