So I just ordered a stock unit from worldbeautywigs , and I decided to do a quick out of the bag review.
I was looking for a kinky straight that will blend with my 4c relaxed hair.I am wearing it a 1 inche away from my hairline.
Even though my hair is relax, I have a lot of coarseness and really low luster. Silky unit just doesn't work for me .
Specs (what I ask for, pretty basic):
Chinese ,Kinky straight texture, small cap, #1b, light brown lace, 16 inches
-I love the hair texture, I have a italian yaki that is less coarse but i was looking for something coarser.
hair is thick from the root to the tips . That is the most important
part for me. There s a lot of kinky straight unit out there with 2
inches of silky high luster roots. I think the fact that it is Chinese
-The baby hair are kinky straight, not silky
like the Chinese hair better than Indian hair for kinky straight unit.
The hair is coarser and the luster is as low as one can get, match
perfectly my hair .
- Not poofy at all despite the density ...
- True to length
Cons( those are no cons for me but might be for others )
- The hairline is thick and will definitely need some tweaking
-The hair is overall thick ,It is a stock unit , I don't know the density but it s well over 100%
lace is hard( not unbearably hard but tougher and more resistant ). I
believe it is french lace , definitely not swiss. Great lace for those
who remove their lace wig on a daily basis or who choose to sew it down
or wear it glue-less.(It is a plus for me)
- The hair is not
soft, but a little bit stiff .might be softer if you choose Indian hair
instead of Chinese. I haven't wash or condition it yet so the stiffness
might change a little bit after DC.
am happy with this stock unit. The texture is perfect for my hair.I will
say the texture is between Italian yaki and Kinky straight.
