The Best Man and Love Jones are both great movies.  I'm not excited about the sequel to Best Man.  I also love Waiting to Exhale but I only watch it when I'm going through some things.  If Angela Bassett was in it, it's probably a classic.

I hope the sequel is just as good. It comes out the end of this year, the only thing is that Terrence Howard said there will be a tragedy.

The tragedy is that he won't get to marry a white woman.

Trading Places was the sh*t.  I had my boy watch that the other day.  He had never seen it.  I had tole him that movie goes to show that with the same opportunities black folks can excel just like they can.   Ya'll saw how Billy Rae picked up trading very fast once it was explained in layman's terms.  And the explanation took all of 4 minutes.

and it goes to show that white people have excelled largely due to things being given to them by other white people and that they will turn on their own for amusement.
