I'm an average grower. Seems like every 3 yrs I get a major hair fall out, not breakage . Don't know if it's stress, or lifestyle change. Travel may stress me out, and I did take trip in 2010, and 2013. During these trips, I've also broken away from the norm. Just something for me to take note of, and not change too much during my time away from home.

I seem to slip on my hair practices when I travel as well. My last trip I stopped at a Sallys and bought some products I could mix together to give me what I need. That kept me more on track. Maybe that can help :0) I keep hearing great things about inversion and I know castor oil is great. Good luck and HHJ

You're on your way to WL MinnieMe!!!!

I have been using Sulfa/MN, but thinking of going back to Castor Oil. Mines is in the form of 'Potion'. I love the feel of CO on my hair.

Good Luck to all us Slow Growers !!!
