So guys last year I got sick through taco bell food poisoningDead and lost 10 pounds!! Never gained it back.Ouch
 
Might be good for some, but thats a negative for an already very slim chick with a high metabolism!!
I need my 10 pounds back before summer!!Angry
 
But I think I have found a solution!
 
No nasty protein shakes, or heavy whipping smoothies, dairy filled fatty dinners...
 
A quick and easy snack to put on pounds ARE............................Chocolate covered almonds!!
 
Yes, thats it, but keep reading!
 
9 measly almonds equal a whopping 210 calories! I just ate 10 almonds in under 2 minutes subconciously.
 
 
(this is just a random label I picked in google images, go to a store and look at the label on the bag for the actual nutritional facts)
 
 
Imagine how easy it will be to get your weight back, by eating 2 or 3 small bags throughout the day.
 
A average bag is the size of an small 33 cent bag of cheetos with about 2 -3 servings in each.
 
3 bags of chocolate almonds equal about 1800 calories!!
 
And guess how much I paid?
1$ for each bag at dollar general. (I have not tried any other store)
 
Yes you heard correctly just $1. So in total about 3$ and some change for 3 bags of chocolate covered almonds.
 
This is perfect. They are small, light, not too sweet or too chocolatey and doesnt make me sick or nauseous like the heavy cream and nutella shakes. And you can take them anywhere. Eat them at work, school, home, in the car, wherever without causing a mess or a scene.
 
Give it a try!! Even if you just get a bag a day thats about 600 cal. alone and eventually that will add up and make a difference.
 
I will be eating 2 or 3 bags of these a day. I aiming to get my 10 pounds back by Spring!!

I eat chocolate covered almonds for a snack to. I buy them at trader joes but i need to find a dollar general for sure. I was shocked to when I saw the calories per serving. Perfect for those who are counting calories for weight gain

When I joined the weight gain challenge, I started to take apetamin to gain weight. I am eating healthy food but lots of it.

I don't like almonds anyways, unless it's a almond butter mixed with chocolate Thumbs Up


For someone who is healthy and is trying to gain weight, it's an option.

I had a friend back in high school who had a hard time keeping on weight, her doctor told her to drink milkshakes (home made, not from McDonald's LOL) throughout the day.

Doesn't seem too healthy but just something I remembered.
