As for my male point of view, I don't have any problems with thin as long as the woman isn't too flat chested and has nice skin.

In my opinion slim chicks aren't looked down in the black community but they are definitely overshadowed by thicker chicks. 
You can become an instant internet star being thick in the right places & being pretty at that. Happens everyday regardless of race or where you come from. But just being pretty & thin? Unless your white (shout out to Katherine Webb).....nooooooot happening lol. Gotta have a talent!

I'm white and really skinny (weell not anymore ) and my boyfriend is black and he always says when we first met he thought I was attractive because I'm pretty not because of my body, but of course now that I'm thicker he thinks I'm even more attractive.. But gurls remember there is black guys out there who don't only care about the bootyy or maybe it's because I live in Europe also and my boyfriend is Ghanaian idk

I dunno I'm pretty slim and small-boned (8-10 uk with a bigger butt for my frame) and I still get the same amount of attention from black guys that I got when I was smaller. Then again, I'm from London so maybe it's an American thing?

I think its just preference...I am thick I am an American. So if I came to the UK I would be look down on for not being slim/ toned. It might be just a cultural/ racial divide that men and women both have to deal with.  I know plenty of men that dont like big ole booties. If you are pretty, good personality a man...a real man will not over look all that because u got a flat butt.
