Why isn't anyone talking about the side effects?
I had dry mouth and fell asleep on the bus on day one(woke up right at my stop though).
I took them for about 4 days, I can't tell you how much I've lost because I don't plan on weighing myself.(If I know how much I lost, subconsciouslly I will compensate for it and gain all of it back) But I did lose in my legs(thank god!!) My thighs don't even know each other!(Got more to go though :D)
The thing that bothered me about these pills is the increased heart rate. It seemed to like last even when I wasn't on the pill. But I haven't taken it for 2 days so, I'm normal again... the appetite has returned. I'm a little happy yet a bit unhappy.

On these pills I've realized that I enjoy eating and seem to often eat to make myself feel better and I can't do that because the pills just make me not want to eat! but I want to, it's a pretty conflicting feeling lol!

I'm 6'0 and before the pills I was in the 160 range. I don't know what I am right now but, My goal for now is in the 140s. no one understands why I want to lose weight, I just want to get my measurements :(

I don't have dry mouth and my heart rate hasn't ever increased due to taking them. If you read on page 1 I listed the ingredients and these pills are designed to remove "heat" from your body. Toxins will be removed and the bamboo acts as the appetite supressant.

For me I still can't eat much and I take my pills 5 days a week. Every body will have different results and for me the only effect I had was significant weight loss and my appetite was gone. I still don't eat meat and dairy but I eat everything else.

I did experience side effects that I posted about before and like you I was surprised no one else mentioned it. In the beginning I remember I had little to no energy. I pretty much wanted to lie around in bed for much of the day. I didn't find energy into the later part of the day and I stopped using them for a couple of weeks. I started them up again and I think the side effects do go away after awhile because I stopped feeling like I was in the beginning but yeah it pretty much sucked feeling soo out of it. I'm good now .

I'm getting right back on them when this flu goes away! & my mother bought a scale. I'm so tempted!
