I found this online and thought it would be good to share, I am a skin care addict I love finding new things to try especially because my skin gets acclimatized to my regimens so fast I find myself changing them up pretty often, I am looking for a good regimen still but I thought this post could help others & it also has options for different age groups.

Looking flawless when we wake-up is a stretch for most of us! However, Salon Owner Rachel Gower says if you use the right products and get into the right routine at night, when you wake up, you'll already be gorgeous.

Our skin works overtime while we sleep, so before bed, she says the key for any age group is to cleanse, repair, renew, and nourish the skin.

TWENTIES
Rachel says, "it's less important what you're using, but that you're actually using it."

She suggests:

  • Aveeno Face Wash
  • Philosophy Vitamin C Booster (mix with Moisturizer)
  • Yes to Cucumbers Moisturizer
  • Yes to Cucumbers Eye Gel
THIRTIES
"When you're in your thirties, you start to see some of the signs of aging fine lines, hyperpigmentation, and while it's not always visible, there is a breakdown of collagen and elastin going on underneath your skin." It's time to amp up your products!

She suggests:

  • Peter Thomas Roth Glycolic Facial Wash
  • Philosophy Retinol Night Treatment (start using 2-3 times per week at night)
  • Philosophy Vitamin C Booster (mix with Retinol)
  • Roc Retinol Eye Cream
  • Dermalogica Microfoliant Rice Powder
FORTIES
"By the time we hit our forties, we're seeing all the same things we saw in our thirties, but even more, and we're also starting to experience some dryness and maybe even a little bit of sagging."

She suggests:

  • Jan Marini Glycolic Cleanser
  • Jan Marini C'esta Serum
  • Roc Sensitive Eye Cream
  • Jan Marini Age Intervention Retinol+
  • Reviva Non-Chemical Light Skin Peel
FIFTIES
Rachel says it's time "to introduce some of the superstars of the skincare industry." Look for products with hyaluronic acid, peptides, and resveratrol.

She suggests:

  • Hydroxatone Gentle Milky Cleanser
  • Strivectin Overnight Facial Resurfacing Serum
  • Jan Marini Peptide Extreme
  • Philosophy Vitamin C Booster (mix with Peptide Extreme)
  • Roc Multi Correxion Lift Antigravity Eye Cream
  • Jan Marini Regeneration Mask
