You can still apply it to the hair when damp...part the hair in different sectionand put on a showr cap. Do some chores to pass the time...then rinse the hair out

I microwave hair all the time. If u don't feel comfortable doing that then put the hair in a zip lock bag and put it in a pot of boiling water. Let it sit in the pot for 5 minutes.

You can, it would just be messy afterwards. But seriously put the conditioner on your installed hair, put a plastic cap on and sit under a dryer for 15 minutes and rinse.

They sell it every where. Just look for a BSS online. Its even on ebay. wash your hair as usual and comb the silicon mix in and tie a plastic bag on your head for a few hours. Your hair will looove it.

Amazon sells it.  Most hood beauty supply stores have it.

THIS.  Although I usually put my hair doused in conditioner into a plastic ziplock bag and put them in a tub of boiling hot water and let them sit overnight.

Do you have a heating/steam cap? That will work if you have your hair is already installed.

I usually deep condition my lw with my heating cap. I put a sufficient amount of the silicone mix, put in in a ziploc bag and cover with my heating cap and leave it for 15 minutes. You can also cover your hair in a plastic cap and sit under a hair dryer if you have one or, get one of those silver caps to soak in the heat.

I just went through my second jar. Great for detangling. You can try a ACV rinse too for detangling.
