the teacher loan forgiveness plan is what i'm aiming for but you have to teach at low income schools that qualify for 5(more like 3 would be preferable) consecutive years but that's fine by me.  a lot of teachers i've spoken to have had issues getting it though.

for the most part they get free health care.
 
i don't think they should have to pay federal taxes especially when in hostile zones...

I make under 25k and get taxes taken out of my check and then still owe when it comes to tax time.

And guess what? Gov't says I make too much money to receive food assistance or state/fed healthcare.

So no, I am not happy about folks in a program that I help to fund being able to buy honey buns and 3 liter fruit punch soda when I can only afford beans and rice.

Teachers should have a lot more access to certain things. Not all teachers are good, but I couldn't imagine the issues the deal with trying to educate these lil bastards alllll day long 5 days a week.
