milk is actually cheaper than what it would be under the system that you guys are proposing.

if someone brings their kid to class, i would be annoyed.
but she's trying to make a change. and good for her. but laquesha could have taken an online course to offer her more flexibility and convenience. Smile

Not every school has online classes and a lot of schools have evening/adult programs where people work 8-5 and class starts at 5:30or 6:00pm-9:00pm. They don't have time to be writing papers in labs that close at 10:00pm and weekend labs that close at 12:00. Every student needs a laptop even the ones who do not work.

i got a slight refund back in the day...but that is when in state tuition was like $850/semester...

if you qualify for pell grants and loans... 
they will combine, isn't that how it works?

if your tuition is 10k, your pell grant is 2k and your loan is 12k or something...
the gov't should have just not given you the pell grant. since its money that is wasted. 

it should be applied only after all other awards/loans are received.
