grants cap out at about 3,000 per semester. that normally covers just tuition at most larger universities. lets not even get into room and board.
so pretty much everything you've said is moot.
why would you ever advocate for people writing rushed, subpar papers?
why would anyone not set themselves up for the best possible situation for the. to prosper?
some of us just had to be born into such situations. didn't have to work for it.
but if it's the government or any outside aid helping you get ahead it's Tom dick and flowings business how you write my papers -_- |

who cares how you write your papers? i just don't see how the excuse of not having a laptop is really an acceptable excuse.
blah blah blah blah blah at these excuses
older people go back to school all the time.
they have full time serious jobs, new material that they don't know sh*t about, and families to care for. they do it, and there is no super secret to doing it. just allocate your time properly. thats not the government's job... thats yours.
again. refunds = extra money = luxury.
