Should the govt give rations instead of EBT?

grants cap out at about 3,000 per semester. that normally covers just tuition at most larger universities. lets not even get into room and board.
so pretty much everything you've said is moot.

why would you ever advocate for people writing rushed, subpar papers?
why would anyone not set themselves up for the best possible situation for the. to prosper?

some of us just had to be born into such situations. didn't have to work for it.
but if it's the government or any outside aid helping you get ahead it's Tom dick and flowings business how you write my papers -_-

and i don't research and write 10+ page papers in one sitting.  all you're doing is a disservice to yourself by working that way.  you don't learn anything.  

why wouldn't they?
