'I still love her': Sherri Shepherd's ex Lamar Sally denies that he 'asked for prenup promising she would not get fat'

Sherri Shepherd's estranged
husband Lamar Sally has denied a TMZ report that he asked his wife to
sign a prenup, promising not to put on weight.
'I did not want her to sign an amendment to our prenup,' he tells the site.

Sherri is currently embroiled in a
custody battle with her first husband Jeff Tarpley, and filed for
divorce from her current husband last week.

reports that Tarpley is claiming that their son Jeffrey Jr. is nearly
illiterate and does not know how to even tie his shoelaces.

Sherri and Lamar are expecting a baby by surrogate on July 28.
Shepherd, had not mentioned custody arrangements in her divorce documents earlier this month, but according to TMZ,

This means Shepherd would get 'full physical custody of the new baby,' despite Sally's request to only allow basic visitation rights to the talk show host.
