Why isn't there already a thread on this woman..... ?!
She definitely deserves her own thread and because she is one of my role models, this will be lengthy and pic heavy.
For those who aren't familiar with her:
Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, the first lady of Qatar, was named by Forbes to be one of the most powerful and influential women in the world. Serving as the Chairperson of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science, and Community Development, Sheikha Moza is responsible for bringing educational and social reforms to her home country and is also actively engaged in Qatar's politics She not only works for her country, but she engages in peace, humanitarian, and human development around the world. She holds positions within the UN, and numerous global organizations that where sh works to bring universal healthcare and universal education to various countries, especially conflict-affected places, with a special emphasis on women and children.
Not only is she an activist, but she has been named one of the best dressed women in the world. Her clothing is always on point and she is one of my style icons/inspiration.
AND she is in her 50s.
Summary? This woman is a bad ass.
intelligent, educated, passionate, classy, elegant, chic, stylish...
Enough talking, I'll let of the pictures of this fierce diva speak for themselves.
Let's all observe a moment of silence...
