I don't think that your current therapist is a great fit in this case. She does not seem to specialize in sexual trauma. The treatment for sexual trauma totally differs from Anxiety disorders and depression.
Yoga is very good for anxiety disorders and depression and is extremely different from hypnosis.
I've made an appointment with a hypnotherapist for next week I don't really know how good she is though. She herself has told me over the phone that hypnosis is not what most people imagine and that you really don't get into a deep transe and become hyper-suggestible to anything. She says it's more like an intense guided meditation session tailored to your specific needs.
As for the sexual trauma counselor, I'm gonna follow the advice in this thread and go to a support group to try and find someone
