Hello I cut all my damaged hair off two months ago, however I hate my short do. I really want a sew in but i'm afraid my hair is too short now. my hair is at its shortest points 1.5 inches at its longest 2.5 and my bangs over 5. I also should say it's in between its realxer and natural state. So what do you think is it too short or can it work?

It can work, I'm in that awkward "in between" stage. I was rocking a short cut and let it grow enough to get a sew-in. You're gonna have to have braiding hair added, though.

every stylist is different..i can catch really short hair but there are those who can't or simply don't prefer it...ask for a consultation with your stylist this way he or she can look at your texture and the length and determine if they can do the install...it's better than scheduling an appointment only to be turned away.

yes, I agree...Ask your stylist. I can grip short hair but some clients like to shampoo their installs often and the braids will eventually puff up and loosen. I use a very small amount of braiding hair to secure the braids and a net on top of that. This seems to have worked wonders on my short hair clients but again consult your stylist because every stylist is different

I agree with. MzKoKoNY VERY IMPORTANT TO CONSULT WITH STYLIST ask all questions with stylist to have better understanding to achieve your goal look ... Very important to also leave with a complete understanding with maintaining your fab weaves in my professional opinion

Ok so when your hair is that short you shouldn't let you real hair get wet at all right? Because I cut my hair off and im natural and when I get my hair done my hairdresser use a net and braiding hair but somehow my hair all ways come up and I would have the ability to lift the net up and the braided hair and some of my real hair is in the weave which is not good, any suggestion? TIA
