I'm in a small dilemma, I have a sew in that it too tight in one small area. I got it done wednesday of this week and tomorrow I am going to call her to see if she can cut the thread. Do you think I'd have permanent hair damage from this? It has been a few days. Also, what can I do to help my hair in that spot underneath? I have a net with my sew in..

Anything I can do to soothe it until tomorrow? Tylenol doesn't help.

I tried the water and that didn't help, it just feels like someone is pulling my hair way too tight and it feels hot.

I use Excedrin migraine for any head related pain. It is the only thing that really helps me. Her cutting the thread should help, Irdk about the damage. I guess that would be dependent on a few things like how strong/healthy your hair is and what has been applied to it before the install.
