We don't have problems prosecuting our sex crimes most the cases prosecutor wins, its just a damn shame they have to go through this mess to begin with.. Its looking at it from a prospective of the actual crime with all the elements of the crime.. not just hearing bits and pieces on the news, when the news calls my court every morning and ask ME what's newsworthy..SO DON'T believe everything you hear on the news.. I know details that are kept from the jury and the news.. and there are some situations that the woman could have avoided being in, not that she didn't have the right to be there, its just horrible that she has to experience what happened to her.. I strongly believe age has a lot to do with the choices we make.. as we grow older hopefully we learn, and white women are more open to some situation at any age, that a black woman AIN'T ever going to put herself in.. Black folks don't usually find themselves wanting to live with bears, or climb mountains that would put you in the path of avalanche, its not the norm...So I can't relate to all these situations just b/c they are of the same sex that I am we're not even coming from the same background that would put me in that situation.
