I'm supposed relax my hair in 3 days and I scratched my scalp yesterday and now I'm worried the relaxer may end up burning. Since I have'nt touched my scalp since should I go ahead and relax it anyway or should I just wash my hair and wait another week??

Its up to you! i took out micros and then got a relaxer...i scrathed and i knew it would burn but i had to do it! I used olive oil on my scalp to protect it a lil...i got burned but its the price i paid for scratching...If ur hair is manageable and not breaking then wait it out to avoid the troubles...hope this helps

How often should I get  a relaxer? My beautician has started doing it every 4 weeks and now my scalp is very dry and scabby?

I use to oil my scalp, I never ever could keep a relaxer on my head long because of my scalp was so sensitve  and I always I mean always scratched it before I relaxed it, so I would oil my scalp - the oil is like a barrier for your scap.

Every 4 weeks is much to soon to do a relaxer. It is widely recommended that you wait at least 6 weeks. Utopian you should be fine as long as you are careful to base your scalp really well.

It kinda depends on the relaxer. I always end up absentmindedly scratching my scalp the day of a relaxer, and it burns depending on the relaxer. Hawaiian silky didn't burn, but Designs was absolute murder...Murder.

I usually wait 6 weeks before I get a relaxer but I'm streching it for the summer. I try not to scratch my scalp, I pat it until I can get my relaxer so it doesn't burn.
