The school CAN'T control 300+ students and make them stop bullying.
The woman was wrong to suggest the kid needs breast reduction but the school can only do so much.
The problem are parents who do not raise their children properly.

There's really nothing they can do about bullying. They should still enforce the rules, but they can never stop the bullying completely. People will be people.

I wonder why she is 13 in the 6th grade....
And I have large breasts and get/got teased for them all the time. My mother used to tell me that girls pay for what I have (which is true, I've even had girls tell me they wish they had my boobs). These girls need to stop teasing each other, it's ridiculous. I bet that lady wouldn't have told the girl's parents that she needed to get a boob job (augmentation) if she had small boobs. Smh.

I got teased but not a lot since I was a tomboy. I also wore layers to make my breast seem flatter until it was no longer possible. But I was all kindas of smuts according to much of my fem classmates...I didnt embrace my boobs until middle school... but again partly because I could no longer hide them.
Suggesting that she get a breast reduction was out of line but there is only so much they can do.

Actually, schools CAN do something about bullying. It's just that some teachers and administrators are too darn lazy to be vigelent about it. Even if they can't work miracles, they don't need to be an example of bad behavior by attacking students that are being bullied by telling girls like this that she needs a breast reduction. Bad behavior may start at home, but they are at school 7 hours a day. (I just wish parents, administrators and politicians would just leave teachers alone so they can do their jobs.)
