Sounds like a good challenge. I will spend more time on the health of my scalp this year as well. Oiling and massaging the scalp is new to me but it feels wonderful and makes my hair look more care free :)

Have fun with the challenge ladies!

The only challenge was for this year right?

I moisturized and Oiled my scalp today with castor oil. Its feels so nice. I forgot how fast natural hair can eat up moisture especially in the winter. I live in New Jersey and its cold and dry over here right now.  I also applied the castor oil to my ends.

2012 or 2013? It's a 3 month challenge starting this December until March 2013

December is here!

Hair Texture/Length: 4a/b, I think I'm back at APL/BSL
Regimen:

-Moisturize hair & Greases scalp daily with Tressfully Yours Stimulating Scalp Oil. Massage it in for 5 minutes then Baggy overnight.
-Every Saturday, Wash hair with Tressfully Yours Clarifying & Conditioning Shampoo.
-Deep Condition after every wash for at least 30 minutes under a hair steamer.
-Do a full Henna Treatment or Henna Gloss 1x/month.

Starting Pics (You can see where my setback happenedCry Think I broke even more hair strands since last month compared to the 11/17/12 pic. The center usually was shorter due to my 1st setback last year, and now the right side is too. Clinging onto the remaining strands because I'm curious to see where I would have been had I not had a setback. I'll even it out later):

in the middle of stretching and can post pictures after
my relaxer if I can join...
