I don't really eat salads anymore, but if I do they have:
chicken, tuna, or salmon spinach or spring mix carrots tomatoes grapes almonds feta or swiss cheese vinegar, yogurt blue cheese, italian, or asian ginger dressing

I rarely eat salads, but when I do, I eat it with: ham bacon bits cheddar cheese grilled chicken a lil bit of cranberries

I mix Baby Spinach and Iceberg Lettuce sometimes arugula Griiled Chicken sometimes bacon or shrimp croutons or pita bread cucumbers onions green peppers banana peppers sprinkle basil and pepper sometimes tomatoes but I dont really like them to be healthy I drizzle balsamice vingerette over my salad to be extra I use french or ranch

I always see my cousin putting nuts in her salad...I've never tried it. hmmmmmm

When I put a bit of effort into my salads (as in, I'm not just using the bagged salad from the store) it's usually a Greek-ish salad. It's actually really simple, especially if your ingredients are already cut up.
-Tomatoes -Cucumbers (I prefer the Japanese cucumbers, but any will do) -Feta cheese crumbles -Italian or vinaigrette dressing
I dont like olives or red onions, so they dont grace my plate.
