Gk, somebody mustve made you an imposter RP, made with that Bacardi Bull Sh!t. That aint real rum punch. You need Wray and Nephews or Appleton, but I swear by Wray and Nephews. 1 RP made the right way has me tipsy, 2, has me gone...3 could very easily land me flat on my back with my legs up and cocked wide opened. My ex, use to love when I took that 3rd one in. Knowing this, I have adopted a 2 RP maximum.

This is how I'd make it.

Water
Your favourite rich blended fruit punch from the supermarket
Strawberry syrup
J. Wray & Nephew Rum
Appleton Estate Rum
Pimento seeds
Lime juice

For a pineapple punch I'd use orange pineapple fruit juice and pineapple syrup and use coconut rum instead of the regular J. wray and nephew.

Here it is...I didn't feel like typing it out...

I use either Bacardi gold, Appleton, or Cruzan for the dark rum and I add a shot or two of 151 if I wanna spice it up...

Just mix everything in a pitcher. Serve over ice.

Don't add ice to the pitcher or it'll water it down.

Do use the oranges for garnish if you're hosting a party (I used blood oranges)...it makes it really pretty

I made this a while back...I think I posted it in the food thread...

This is how I make mine, I do not add fruit juice or punch. I know for Yellow Bird or Sex On The Beach, they are made with fruit juice.
