unless your booty is already big and take all that in 4 pills per cheek is WAYYY too much it won't absorb fully and just end up all over your clothes. you only need 1 to 2 pills per cheek, 2 pills max. Good luck! |
my idea was to use 4 pills because most people use 2 pills twice a day. but Twisted_Angel told me she only did it once a day with 2 pills, so I'll follow that. and thanks for the tip, I thought the more fish oils, the better!

I started yesterday and I had no problems with bed stain or sleeping with a plastic wrap aroud my butt The skin on my butt absorbed the fish oil pretty well, but I only used one fish oil per cheek because I forgot I planned to use 2 pills! The smell was yucky but I don't smell anything now.

I used 2 fish oil per cheek yesterday and it did not stain the shirt under my butt or my bed. I guess my skin absorbs it really well?! I still had to wash my behind though, because there was some oil there.  I don't know exactly what is a saran wrap but when I looked up it looked just like that plastic we use at the kitchen to wrap food and that's the one I'm using. Is it ok?

I started fish oil not too long ago and so far i like it. I dont have a problem with the smell or it staining. I just mix it with my oils that i use for my skin.
How does the saran wrap work? I'm scared to try it cuz ppl use it on their tummy to cause sweating and lose water weight but I dont want to lose any of my booty fat lol

Oh you won't lose any booty fat. It creates heat and helps the oil penetrate the skin.
Or you can apply fish oil after you get out of the shower or but a hot towel on your booty. Heat opens up your pores.
