I just started to use fish oil again and hoping for at least 1/4 inch gain by the end of the week. If I eat then apply the fish oil my butt immediately plumps up an inch. I've been thinking of adding avocado oil since it can penetrate to the deepest layers of the skin and isn't very expensive. I'm realizing now that there is no reason to spend money on expensive butt creams fish oil does what they can do for cheaper.

Well I've been using Triple Omega 3-6-9 (Fish, Flaxseed, Safflower & Olive Oils) by Nature Made inconsistantly since oct 27....I told my s/o that I rub it on to prevent stretch marks lol, anyway, i wasn't planning on measuring but last night he said, "bae, i think that fishy stretch mark oil is making ya booty plump" lol. I've noticed a fuller feeling and I do fill out my pants waaaayy better! I finally measured this morning and I'm up 2 1/4 inches!!!! I really didn't think this would work but woooow, I'm not consistant and I do not work out! It hasn't even been a month!! Btw, i also take maca (4 pills daily, 525mg each)

I've been doing on and off but can never do it consistently because of the smell , I've mixed it with The body shop Shea butter which smells really strong and it still didn't mask it completely but I thought it did because in the pot it doesn't smell fishy , it wasn' t as bad as when it's not mixed but I didn't want to mix it with too much shea butter to make sure it'd still sink in my booty cheeks .

Try using less fish oil. I don't know where this whole two pills per cheek came from but it's a myth. By using so much is probably why the fish oil smell is so strong. One capsule gives me about two or three applications for both cheeks. At the most I use a quarter sized amount with some lotion and massage well. No matter how much you put on your butt it is only going to absorb so much of it and the rest is left sitting on your skin and clothes.

I agree with this 100% I never tried a cream but I've seen some results and it doesn't seem worth it. I gained 4 inches with fish oil, i started out 34 inches now I'm 38. I know dealing with the smell sucks  but I'm glad i did it:) Congratz on your progress thats pretty fast!

how long did it take you to grow 4 inches? were you doing something else such as taking maca or aguaje orally?

took 4 months I gained 1/2 a inch every two weeks and no i wasn't using anything else. I didn't even workout, at all.

^what brand did you use? Im using a cheap ass dollar store kind. Do you think I should stop using & wait for the good stuff? Or use what i have & switch to the good brand? Hope Im not setting myself back

@Twisted 4 inches is alot. Congrats, I hope I can get that much. I got the chance to measure today and actually gained half a inch. I also measured every where else to make sure I didn't gain a pound or two or it was water weight. I lost half an inch on my waist.
