I've been using fish oil for 3 1/2 months i gained 3.5 inches, sadly I'm about to max out at the end of this month.

People keep saying the results are permanent, but I don't think any one really knows lol

i started it but it was too much for me. I just started saw palmetto a month ago and its making my thighs/legs bigger.

Thank you what do you mean when you say fish oil was too much for you? Also are you getting any cellulite because of the saw palmetto?

oh I just meant it made me look too greasy lol and I see a little bit of cellulite but its nothing to complain about.

No need to apologize gurlie thats what I'm here for:)...

Well I've been taking 3 (1545 mg) daily and I grew an inch in my thighs and lost an inch from my stomach it took a month for me to notice results but my progress seems to be slowing, after two weeks I didn't notice anything else but Its still early I'll give it some more time.

You should start off with a low dose for at least a month just to see how your body reacts to it.

Some women say they got bigger boobs but for me only my lower half is getting bigger but yes it works really well..
 
When you shop avoid buying a cheap brand from walmart.. I read the cheap ones don't work as well, of course its up to you what you wanna buy..I'm still tempted to try the walmart brand cuz its cheaper but you always get what you pay for... me I currently use Natures way.
 
chicks on here are taking 2,000mg-3,000mg I think thats why my progress is so slow so on second thought I'm gonna up mine to 2,000mg. Some women say it helps with boobs

it was permanent for me haven't used it in a year and didn't lose any of my inches that i gained with it. interesting enough the inch i gained with weight training i lose that sooo easily once i stop working out. the fish oil makes your butt have more fat so the only way to lose it is to lose weight i would think.
