oh and OP i second going to the derm and discussing your dry hand/ sweaty hand issue.
Your hand sweating may be part of the problem because of the salt in the sweat.

I just want to thank every1 for helping me try to figure out this issue i've dealing with for quite a while cuz at first my hands use to stay wet n sweaty but now they are just more so dry but thanks

I've always had rough hands too. But I also have eczema so dry skin is in my nature. These are good suggestions. The Vaseline + socks at night work withe feet, so I don't see why it wouldn't with hands and some gloves.
