youre an e3 and you get BAH? Damn, times have changed. You didn't start getting BAH until you were an e4 when I was in (and I got out in 2006). But yes, the holiday standdown does stall things :( Keep us updated!

But yes, the holiday standdown does stall things :( Keep us updated![/QUOTE] Yes normally that's how it is depending on your command, but there was a conflict of interest, I'm an MA/MP at the Naval Hospital, vandalisms started to take place on MA's/MP's cars because of the citations we give, granted our names are also on our citations of course, we live and park our cars where the corpsman park their's, so they basically gave us the option to move off base, and also Walter Reed Army hospital joined with us, and a lot of the wounded warriors had to use our barracks, so with over manning of the barracks, and the vandalism issue, we seen and upside and our CO approved us to receive BAH and move out in town

Thanks for that. yeah that's definitely as right idea on your CO.  The Navy doesn't do a lot of right things but this one, yes

thankfully you have people you can escalate this issue to
if you were a civilian, it might have been slower, harder and messier to resolve

No you are not wrong. Everything should be split three ways. Plus I am sure in the lease it say something about everyone on the lease being accounted for. Why, women always let men be the cause of a failed friendship.
