you have nothing more to discuss with her and any valuables/personal stuff you have in the place, I would secure them elsewhere and be on high alert .. and look for another roommate or another place in the meantime
escalate to whomever you need to, so they can fix it by the 1st

I would just put the 1/3 down on the table and dare her to just stare at it and act like she don't know what she and her boyfriend are supposed to do.

When it comes to being in the military if you and the roommate aren't single it is not a good idea. When I was station on sea duty. I decided to room with one of my coworkers which wasn't a good idea. We had problems in our first apartment. Went on a deployment came back and decided to room again. Well I learned my lesson the hard way. Just get your on apartment. It's less of a headache trust me.
What rank are you? If you're not getting BAH I would advise you to live on the ship (barracks if on shore) until you make rank (E-4 over four years gets Bah when single) to get your on place.

Hey guys here's a lil bit of an update, but sh*t is still rolling down hill, she hasn't felt any impact yet because of the upcoming holiday, we had holiday stand down so the people I really needed to talk to about this weren't available, but I have talked to my immediate supervisor and he's already sent it up the Chain, another update about this should be on Tuesday night, I have a meeting with my very reliable "Get sh*t done" Chief, so I don't have any worries.

We are E-3 and we both get BAH, but I honestly want to speak with my chain before I talk with management and make the decision to get my own place, which I'm really leaning toward...
