I reported something similar in another one of these threads (Weaves) ...he's very rude and I'm not sure if it's because of the language barrier, but I cancelled my order with him as well.

hmmm wonder if this is why he apologised today? must be realizing that his attitude is not helping

I've bought the same type of curl pattern, even like 5 cvrs (actually closer to 10) from the same vendor and each were different. Same type but coming from different heads of hair so the product will in fact be different. Even of the difference is slight. Im not saying that he should give you 12mm if you order 8mm....but I don't think that's what he was alluding to anyway.
But....not every buyer will be happy with every vendor. Better u cancelled now than be unhappy/waste money. Again, problem was solved.

Wow, I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I've placed an order with Roman a month ago, for a freestyle silk base frontal, 14*6 with bleached knots and was succesful. But HOWEVER, I definitely understand the language barrier and his snarkiness because after the order was place and my money order was sent he emailed a response stating: " This's our first time work,we also want to know how the work to you,for the silk/lace color, you can have a check if match your skin then make the adjustment for the next time work" ..Which scared the hell outta me because I just sent $228.00 dollars, to a CV that assured me he had experience with what I was ordering. But luckily, GOD was on my side and my freestyle frontal was beautiful!!! ..But that's good you pulled out before you lost your money on something you wouldnt be satisfied with.

Well, due to a little bit of a language barrier, this could also mean that this was Roman's first time working with you as a customer, not working on a frontal/closure.

Which is true, I could have misinterpreted what Roman was stating. ..But he definitely made me nervous when he said "next time work" because I took that as, no refunds -- work is final. And then I was thinking, ..damn Ima have to sell my frontal on ebay or something if I didnt like the silk base color. But luckily, the silk base color was perfect.

I think he meant with your next order because you'll know whether you'll need a different color.

That does make sense.. Lol, I could be a blonde at times, so my elevator doesn't go all the way up sometimes.
..but Roman been coo so far, I was really baffled at the young lady experience. Like someone mentioned in a earlier post, I hope his popularity doesn't go to his head because I just started Ordering from him, it's hard (for me) to find reliable CV's like Roman.

This is how you vet a vendor imo If it doesn't 'feel' right, don't order, no matter what kind of reviews they have.

All of us have different experiences with one vendor or another Remember it takes time and spending to develope a relationship that you are comfortable with their vendor of choice Some like REX others hate some love Holly others cant stand her some have issues with Kevin Cn others think hes the lace wig guru some vilify Jeffery others wont buy from anyone else. Its not so much the language barrier because they have dealt with us long enough and we are not their biggest buyers but the AV's of the world so they have to have not just a command of the language but business savvy. {The USA owes China mega bucks you think they don't understand language money and business ?]Some times the vendor you choose is not your fit but also remember Oriental tradition is one that respect is permeated in their culture so how we speak and ask them question can determine how they respond . My vendor and I always go at it but we have always came to an agreement after bantering back and forth so it took me a while to develop a relationship with my company and I only use them. Although it is not fair or right those who buy 1 or 2 a year verses those of us who order 10 30 wigs a year still some times get a bad unit. I use to work in a salon and even though I had the same customer not every time did the hair come out the same the color the same some days I was off some days the customers hair just did not handle the same I've bought different pairs of DG2 jeans and sometimes one pair fits better then the other Take all of this with a grain of salt I know we want what wee want but its artificial hair and if we have problems with our own hair what can you expect from someone else's hair IMO
