Purp, Dimitri James has Vitamin C packaged in a small shaker. I tried to find it for you on ShopNBC. The object is to add a small amount of the Vitamin C, to any product right before application. His website is Skinncosmetics.com. His customer service is excellent, I think the Vit C cost about $12.00, and last for a long time. It is pure Vit C, I tested it and it is pure
I trust Dimitri, he has been in the industry for many years.

Since instructions and paying close detail are like kryptonite to me, this seems more convenient and easy. What do you mix it with? Lotion? Oils? |
You can mix it with oils, lotions, creams. Dispense the amount of product in one palm; shake a small amount of Vitamin C, rub hands together and apply. I use Vitamin C daily, I mix it with three face serums that I make.

Purp, one year is fine once it is stored properly. Because Vitamin C is a fine powder, 1 lb is plenty. Some manufacturers state 18 months shelf life. IMO after a year, there is a high probability that the Vitamin C will start the oxidation process. Albeit, it is stored properly. Vitamin C is a delicate ingredient.

Ok. I think I will just get 1 lb (2 jars in 8oz each). I'm a 'storer' tho and I like to buy things in bulk. I need to break that habit lol. That 2.2 lb jar looks mighty tempting to a pack rat like me.

Thanks Rumb. I just ordered that too. As usual, once I learn about something, I tend to go overboard lol.
