So...I did this a few days ago. Im still in the transitioning phase (3 months). It definitely works well. It defined the curls in my new growth pretty well.
One thing that irritates me is when no one elaborates on how they applied their things.
I just took my hair out of braids...didn't use a paddle brush or anything just finger combed it. Sectioned my hair into 4 parts and applied the peanut butter to the roots and smoothed it out. Let it sit for an hour and a some minutes.
Rinsed my hair in warm water for a few minutes in sections. Then I shampooed my hair, still in sections making sure to shampoo my roots and insured that the peanut butter still wasn't in my scalp. Left deep conditioner on for a few minutes rinsed. One thing I noticed while washing my hair is that it was shedding, noticeably. But I think that maybe because I didn't bother detangling my hair, I usually detangle it before I wash my hair.
Afterwards I blow dried my hair, there was little shedding even when I used my paddle brush.
My hair feels a lot more stronger now BUT it feels a lot rougher than it usually does. I'm thinking that's because the peanut butter defined my lil new growth kinky pretty well. There is no peanut butter smell left in my hair...I washed it pretty well.
All in all...I'll be doing it from now on.

I plan on mixing the peanut butter with olive oil & Aphogee Reconstructing conditioner. I may sit under the dryer, but if not, I'll leave it on overnight & update in the AM Smile

Being an excellent vitamin rich source, peanuts are better than other source. I feel it is a best food for gorgeous hair.In addition to that Peanut oil is also a good source of Vitamin D, which has been found to promote healthy and lustrous hair. Vitamin D supplements are generally prescribed for hair-loss problems.

I tried this last night, I added a little honey, olive oil and tea tree oil. I might have put a bit too much olive oil because it was a tad bit watery, the consistency was more like conditioner than perm, but it still did the trick. I left it on for about two hours, washed and deep conditioned. My hair felt thicker and I didnt have as much shedding. I will definitely do this at least twice a month. Thanks OP

Mix Peanut butter with Conditioner and then apply. After 30 minute rinse your hair. It definitely gives you good result.

I will most likely try I just coloured my hair and not to sure about spending money on these strong proteins as I've never dealt with any in my life :) Most likely I'll mix with one of my deep conditioners.
Thanks OP saving me some cash Wink
