Will be more strict today.
I have a really good plan (I hope )

Cannot really blame LCHF because I did not have a structured eating plan.
I guess I needed to know just how much fats to have and when. Unlimited fats did not work for me even though I enjoyed the heck out of it .

I CINCHED before.   I will do that again for the next 7 days or so just to get my head right.

Thank you for asking .

So far so good. It's only day-1, but no cravings or anything.
I am able to space my meals at appropriate intervals.

It's a boring diet for some people.   
Meals are the same each day for 5-days.
I like it because I don't have to buy a lot of different things, and it's predictable

Slipped up last night. Had a brief nap, and woke up ravenous .
Fortunately I had some Blueberries, so I ate 1/2 cup of that then felt like crap afterward for my weakness.

Good news...... I still lost 2 lbs

Today is the 5th & last day of CINCH.
I really desire to eat more Fruit.
So I will eat different Melons and some Brown Rice for a few days.
Weight loss on CINCH Fast Forward went well and got me over that slump.
Clothes fitting much better, but most importantly, I feel lighter.
