Having sliced Cucumbers with Onions, Garlic, Salt, and Habanero Peppers

Not the best, but still, not too bad

Just had a piece of Meat today.
Could not tolerate anything else.

Don't know why I felt compelled to put heavy cream in every cup of coffee I drank.
This is not normal for me.    I only started doing it since attempting LCHF.
Once a day is sufficient....Duh
Going back to enjoying my cup after cup of black, unsweetened coffee

I keep having strange cravings....Today it's Cream Cheese

I am not even keeping track of how much I am having.

I’ve been lax with my food measurements.  Before, I was measuring everything – and I mean everything.  Now, I’m using rough estimations, which may or may not be totally accurate.  I feel like I’ve been cheating a little.  I’m going to go back to measuring everything..

I find that with LCHF I am maintaining my weight, no loss.

Will try to mix it up with something else this week

My eating has been so all over the place lately while keeping it LCHF.

Maybe just a little to much on the 'HF' side

Getting back to lighter eating. The LCHF did not work for me in a weight loss way.
Exercised lightly for 25 mins this morning.
Had Veggie, fruit and Protein powder Smoothie this morning with enough left for a few more meals.
