So I had a bright idea a few days ago.
I wanted to check out Foster Farms just to find out how their Chickens are fed.
I got way more than I wanted.
Since then, I have not been able to enjoy my Chicken, which happens to be FF.
Don't want to put it here to turn anyone off.

Saying all this to say I spent the day in the kitchen cooking Pork .
Lots, and lots of it.

Still not hungry for Breakfast..
I believe this somehow affects weight loss.
Either by fasting for too long, or not getting enough calories.
Some gurus claim....Only eat when you're hungry.
Others...Eat every couple of hours, so you Brain does not think you're starving, and go into "preserve mode".

Skipping Breakfast seem to becoming trendy,

I am a late riser.

Had 'Brunch' of Veggies with Pork.

Need to find a brand of Chicken I am comfortable with.

Maybe I will check out the Halal Market for Meats other than my .   

Weight loss is non evident, but I am okay with that for now.

Had it twice today.

With Chicken and Pork.

Looking for Chicken that had a better life than the FF ones.

Hope I'm not getting too soft.   I just can't with FF anymore,   unless they grow Chickens under better conditions

Eating more Broccoli these past few days have worked wonders on my bowels
Salads just were not cutting it.
Will try to find some way to fix Cabbage rather than the regular stir fry.
Cabbage is difficult for me.   Not a big fan. But it seem like a necessary evil for the fiber content.

I have had about a week of nonsense.    Enough of that.

I am not much for getting up and exercising. That has been established.

I will just like to do a little more than I have been.     For me it's a lot of planning and effort.

I just need to lose 20-25 lbs,   and that should be effortless.

The mind is willing, but the body is L A Z Y/U N W I L L I N G
