I finally got back to Fatsecret today. Nothing beats seeing the actual numbers.

Today's numbers

Net Carbs...8.12 gms       5%
Fats .......92.9 gms       73%
Protein ....58.0 gms       22%

RDI 88% based on a 1300 cal diet

Is it possible that I am becoming more tolerant with age ??
The lbs on the scale keep going up, but I am sticking with this way of eating .   
A few years ago I would have dumped this way of eating after the 2nd day. For some reason I believe it will turn around. I have been doing a lot of reading, and a lot of sources say this is normal, and it may take up to 3 weeks for the body to adjust.
Patience is an acquired virtue.

keep going...ur body will adjust.

Starting to exercise daily. Baby steps with walking videos, but walking briskly. Don't enjoy the outdoors much, especially when it's so hot in Cali.
Meal Plan is coming together. Not too bad weighing and measuring foods for now to input into my Fatsecret Diary. It's giving my a better idea on how I am eating.
One thing of note is that I have been having too many CHO's and Protein.
I will do this for 2 weeks until I am able to gauge things by sight.

My aim will be CHO-5%; Protein-15%; and Fats-80% or as close to these %-ages as possible.

I may need to increase my caloric intake to 1400-1600 cals. This scares me. But my body may be feeling deprived and hanging onto the fat.
These HF diets are so tricky. I also had a difficult time adjusting when I did Atkins.
It's difficult wrapping my mind around higher caloric intake. We have been programmed for so long to keep calories low.
I will not give up though. It is so liberating to cook with oils and butter again

Calories going up today. I would like to at least get intake at around 1450 cals, made up mostly of Fats.   Must go out for Coconut Oil, it will play a major part in my Fat/Calorie increase.

Must make time for exercise

Woke up this a.m without an appetite. Having Coffee with C.O and Heavy Cream.

Will like to try Meditation and Yoga Today

Not having a good day meal wise. Snacking a lot, but staying the LCHF limits ie Pickles, and Olives, Boiled Egg w/Mayo.
Exercised for 20 mins, no stamina for more. Never got around to Meditation or Yoga.
