Sticking with the program. Still feels odd putting butter on everything, so I am adding Cheese, and Cream Cheese cautiously.
I am enjoying Coconut Oil in my Coffee.

Heard on Dr Oz today that having 2 TBSP White Vinegar (no water added) after meals cuts Carbs.

I have always added ACV to my water. May have to switch to Distilled vinegar. We shall see

Awake very early this morning, but it's noon and I still am not hungry.
Luckily LCHF does not require me to eat within certain times, just when I am hungry

I have heard of people taking a tablespoon of ACV before or after dinner but never white vinegar. Isn't ACV just all around better for us than white vinegar?  I haven't tried putting ACV in my water but might try the tablespoon method with it.

I have been putting ACV in my water for years because I heard of benefits of ACV, and it is easier for me to drink water with flavor

Yeah, but Dr Oz specified 2 TBSP White Vinegar after meals. It is supposed to have some effect on Carbs.
You can go to DrOz.com to read up on it. I missed his late night repeat show, so I will have to follow up on .com also.

Started back on Green Tea instead of Coffee.
Weight is holding at the same.
When time permits, I will attempt to reopen Food Diary at Fatsecret to check my intake percentages.

Guess I can consider today a cheat day because I had more Carbs than usual. Just had larger Salad, and Broccoli.
If I am going to cheat, I will do it with larger amounts of Veggies, and maybe next time include Fruits.
No craving for anything else

Tues will mark completion of week-2. If there is no weight loss, I may have to consider skipping my supplements particularly MSM powder, and a few others.
I am being genuine with LCHF, have not had anything other than, Veggies, Meats with butter, CO, Flax, Cheese, homemade dressing to ensure there are no hidden sugars

I guess any day I stay on plan is a good day. Still think I may be having too much Protein.
Really need to put my meals into a Food calculator.

So starting today I will attempt to put my meals into Fatsecret. It will not be a daily thing since my intake revolve around the same dishes. Just want to get a rough idea of my %-ages and caloric intake.
