So far I have shown an additional 4 lbs since starting LCHF. I am still not deterred, and will give my body time to adjust.
Paying closer attention to my protein intake, and I have been going overboard.
Trying not to exceed 3 ounces cooked Meats, which is not a whole lot .

I got not so busy in the kitchen this evening. I made Thousand Island Dressing, and Tomato Ketchup !!!    So proud of myself

They were both so very simple.

Have you been doing Atkins, or other Low Carb program or are you just starting a weight loss program?

Found an alternative to having Pork Rinds at night....Pickles and Olives !!!

Well, it looks as though things may be turning around. Still no loss, but no gain either. The first time since going LC, No gain
Makes me wonder if it could have been those devious, but tasty Pork Rinds. Having the entire bag in one sitting was not the best idea.
Having Miso Soup with a piece of Salmon for lunch.
Did a bit of exercise today

I have been good and sticking with the plan, but every day the scale inches up and up.    My metabolism must be totally messed up, but I am determined to stick it out, and turn things around.    I won't let it get past a 10 lb gain though

So my weight reached 168.8 lbs as of yesterday when I realized I was having too many Carbs. Once I changed that, I lost 2 lbs
Started today, week -2 of LCHF at 166.8 lbs which is +5lbs from the end of M.C.
Oh well, its just Carbs holding onto water, but not for long .

I am hoping to at least be back to the weight I was at the start of this eating plan next week.

Now that I am eating correctly, and Pork Rinds are no longer a temptation, I fill up quicker and only have 2 meals .
If I do get hungry at night, Pickles and Olives usually suffice.
